As we aggressively expand our presence in the North American market, we are hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager in Lahore to lead our outbound USA campaign.

Role Overview

We are looking for an outbound sales professional who excels at finding, engaging, and closing B2B clients. In this role, you will actively prospect, initiate high-quality conversations with decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, VPs of Support/Operations) in the United States, and secure new campaigns for Rontech.

Because this role focuses strictly on the USA market, working hours will align with US time zones (Night Shift).

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and target US-based companies that require outsourced customer care or technical helpdesk solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Engagement: Execute strategic cold outreach campaigns across multiple channels to build relationships with corporate buyers.
  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage prospects from initial contact to a booked discovery call on the calendar.
  • Discovery & Closing: Conduct virtual meetings with US business leaders to understand their support pain points and successfully close service-level agreements (SLAs).

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: 2+ years of solid experience in B2B Lead Generation or Business Development, specifically targeting international markets (US/Canada preferred).
  • Industry Match: Previous experience selling BPO, Customer Service, or IT/Helpdesk outsourcing solutions is highly preferred.
  • Flawless Communication: Outstanding written and spoken English, with a strong grasp of American business culture, tone, and etiquette.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections, build trust with executives, and close deals.
  • Shift Availability: Must be fully comfortable working the Night Shift consistently to align with US business hours.
